New Update Supporting Name Changes

So, as some of you may or may not have noticed, Mojang has pushed and update, 1.7.6, that now supports name changes. However, even though the feature is not enabled yet, it is there. Any details needed can be found here:https://mojang.com/2014/04/minecraft-1-7-6-pre-release/.

So, my question is, what are your guys opinions, and are you going to take advantage of this. If so, what would you change your name to?

Actually, I'm not looking forward to it. It will be hell for server owners even though Mojang has placed a solution to that. Still, people will troll with it. I remember the PA server days with nicks and I hated it so much... While some people used them correctly, others didn't.

But if I could change mine, it would be Lord Zitzabis. You know, just a humble title.

Nice, nice. I think that I would change mine to _SirDoc, which just so happens to be my twitter name too. And again, a humble name as well.

But considering we're all knights, such names would be good. Here's an idea, the name change could mean that you would be able to identify with an Internet guild. Just add a title in front of the real name. I would be Ok with that.

So to make sure I understand you right, do you mean like add our factions name to the front of it. So for me it would add Shaman to the front of my name?

Well, no. More like adding KTPT at the front. So members can find each other on other servers.

But do you have a twitter you actually post on? Or are you switching over?

Ah, nice. I like that idea too. I've just recently switched over, and should start posting next week. Unfortunately, I can't get  a link right now because I'm on my phone, and I don' t really want to use twitter on it right now. So, I'll just pm you a link later
