Planets Cubed

I guess this goes here, I'm not really sure.

Anyway, what do you guys and gals think of Planets Cubed? By Cubical Drift?

I actually don't think I had heard of this until now, but now that I've looked this up, this looks quite interesting.

It was a Kickstarter project. PMC had it advertised to help bring in more people to support it. I managed to get in and donate to the Kickstarter project. So I am now eligible for one digital copy of the game once it's released, an beta key and an alpha.

Nice! It sure looks good. Albeit very much like a minecraft clone, it still looks good. I'm very interested to see how they overcome vehicles, which they claim they are adding, but as anyone who has ever modded minecraft shall know, cubes aren't the easiest to drive/ride over. How they over come this problem shall be very interesting

Well I think the main solution is that everything isn't blocks. There are a lot of slopes and that kind of stuff. Basically, I consider it to be a Cube World done right.

Very interesting, and these ramps/slopes sound very interesting, but i don't think that out in the wilderness that everything is covered with ramps, so they're still going to think of a way around the problem :/

No, no...these slopes or ramps are part of the terrain. Think...ummm...old Halo but with low res terrain.
